Location for Interview: Raj Park Hotel, #180, T.T.K Road, Alwarpet, Chennai – 600 018, India.
Available Positions:
- Supervisor – Chiller
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ technical qualification/Diploma with 6+ years’ experience in maintaining air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, condensers, evaporators, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, and exhaust fans.
- Supervisor – HVAC
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ technical qualification/Diploma with 6+ years’ experience in maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, DX units, and chillers.
- Supervisor – Plumbing
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ technical qualification/Diploma with 6+ years’ experience in maintaining plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Supervisor – UPS
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ technical qualification/Diploma with 6+ years’ experience in UPS, emergency central battery systems, and DC chargers.
- Inspector – QA/QC
- Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in leading technician teams and coordinating operations and facilities management maintenance works.
- Inspector – HSEEQ
- Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience as an HSE Inspector in facility management or construction with knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. HSE diploma or certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) required.
