Insurance Sales Manager | What will you be doing?

  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
  • Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, relationship building, researching the market and related products, presenting our product in a structured and professional way
  • Help potential clients understand our value proposition and providing them a general understanding of the insurance industry landscape
  • Win 25%+ of deals sourced by inbound & outbound sales development, as well as deals sourced independently
  • Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to enhance the client experience
  • Achieve and aim to exceed assigned targets within agreed timelines
  • Build a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter, ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
  • Cultivate a supportive and high performing culture within the Sales Team and wider business
  • Adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Develop a core understanding of insurance concepts
  • What are we looking for?
  • A strong sales and business background centered on group medical Insurance side is highly desirable
  • Ideally 3 to 15 years of sales experience; with at least 1 year of local market experience
  • Must have worked in medical insurance
  • Deep understanding of key industry solutions and competitive technologies

Commercial Technology Sales Manager

  • The below outlines the corresponding responsibilities of the Commercial Technology Manager but does not represent an exhaustive or complete list of activities:
  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure

  • Self-source leads in the first quarter through different channels
  • Win 25%+ of deals sourced by our sales development team, as well as deals sourced independently
  • Independently identify and acquire new customers, and up-sell to existing customer base

Software Engineer (Mobile/Flutter) | What will you be doing

  • Contribute ideas to product development
  • Writing clean, readable and testable code
  • Cooperating with back-end developers, designers and the rest of the team to
  • Deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
  • Develop features and create user-friendly UI using Flutter.

Growth Marketing Specialist | Responsibilities

  • Identify, scope, and execute growth experiments across different channels to achieve key business objectives.
  • Build campaigns and initiatives at scale from planning to execution while ensuring that they are aligned and relevant for local execution.
  • Fully own the marketing funnel optimization from awareness through retention and help improve conversion rates across different stages.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other business functions to transform ideas into compelling and personalised messages and product experiences.
  • Lead our email marketing automation process from A-Z for both prospecting and nurturing stages.
  • Work with the BI and data teams to unlock tangible insights that help improve our overall performance as a department and move the needle.
  • Deeply examine and analyse current campaigns and creatives across paid channels to provide the performance team with actionable insights to improve performance and target metrics.
  • Actively work with the SEO and development teams to run A/B testing experiments to improve our conversion rates and increase inbound lead volume.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring new innovative ideas to the marketing department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Extensive experience across the following: Lead Generation, Copywriting and conversion optimization (landing pages, email campaigns and ad copies), Email Marketing, Paid Media OR SEO
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS.

Senior Security Engineer | What will you be doing?

  • Analyze the vulnerability and penetration testing of Web application / Mobile application / Infrastructure / Cloud (AWS)/ Web APIs, and mitigate the vulnerabilities
  • Support and consult with product and development teams in the area of application security
  • Participate in and support application security reviews and threat modeling, including code review and dynamic testing
  • Participate in automated security testing to verify that secure coding best practices are being used
  • Participate in and support the preparation of security releases
  • Act on security incidents identified through monitoring and alerting sources
  • Write security reports including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for further system security improvements

What we are looking for?

  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a security engineer
  • Familiar with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws that apply to SaaS applications
  • Experience with end-user security, server security, infrastructure security and data protection processes

Software Engineering Manager | Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Hiring and building out engineering teams for existing and new squads across Bayzat’s technology organization.
  • Staying close to the product, CS, and in some instances, our key customers, to drive solutions for complex problems.
  • Constantly finding opportunities to enhance engineering workflows and development lifecycles.
  • Running high-level experiments and working closely with OKR tribes and non-engineering leadership teams.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Ensuring constant succession planning, career development, and engagement initiatives are taking place within your teams.
  • Continuously driving alignment and collaboration between tech and non-tech orgs throughout the organization.

What you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in cross-functional engineering leadership.
  • Over 5 years of development experience (an early career in frontend development is highly desirable).
  • Experience in growing an engineering team from early stages/rounds (seed/series A) to later rounds, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a product-led company that places value on coaching and servant leadership.
  • A goal-oriented person, preferably with experience in working with, and driving OKRs (or other management frameworks).
  • A critical thinker who can break complex problems into their simplest components.
  • An excellent communicator with infectious energy, and a flare for motivating others.
  • Previous experience working in cross-functional teams that balance product and engineering needs.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in modern FE application frameworks (React, Vuejs, Next, etc.)
  • Leading/working within remote environments.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance considerations and trade-offs
  • HTML5 – Familiar with HTML5 APIs and browser compatibility
  • CSS3 – Good knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SAAS/LESS
  • AJAX, REST, CLI tools, template engines, Node.js, Lodash.js and usability testing

Senior Frontend Software Engineer ( Typescript / Javascript & React ) | Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You will work closely with product designers, managers, and fellow engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
  • Educate new and existing team members on project specifics, various technologies, approaches, and architectures
  • Provide feedback to your teammates and support them with detailed PR reviews
  • Analyze business and functional requirements for distillation into technical specifications that can be delivered with high quality
  • Work with customer feedback and product team to understand their needs, provide solution recommendations, and drive delivery of the solution
  • Collaborate on best practices and toolsets to improve execution and process delivery
  • Analyze production bugs/issues and help fixing them properly
  • Maintain a working knowledge of operating systems, development environments, frontend and backend programming languages, and data architecture

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of modern CSS development methodologies and related experience (eg. BEM, Atomic CSS, CSS modules, StyledComponents)
  • Good understanding of how API and REST works, ability to provide constructive feedback during API design phase with backend developer
  • Experience with React library and component-driven approach
  • Experience with Node.js and basic automation using libraries and tools (ie. CI, testing)
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based technologies and tools (AWS, CI etc.)
  • Experience with unit, integration and E2E tests and framework/tools
