Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university with one-year experience. Preference will be given to MBA holders. The Corporation reserves the right to screen and upgrade the qualification/ experience based on number of applications received
Age: Less than 30 years as on 22.02.2020 with usual relaxation for reservation categories
Application Form: The applicants should apply in the format given as Annexure ‘A’ to the guidelines. The completed application forms should be sent by post to “The Executive Director, Head Office, Kerala Financial Corporation, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-695033, Kerala” or by email (scanned copy) to [email protected], super scribing name of the post on the envelop. If scanned copies are sent by email, hard copy should also be sent by post. The application should be complete in all aspects. Incomplete and ineligible applications will be summarily rejected. Application by email will not be entertained.
Last date of receipt of application: The last date of receipt of application hard copy/ scanned copy via email) at KFC is 06.03.2021, 5 PM. Applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected without any notice to the applicant.
Selection procedure: The selection will be done through interview by the Selection Committee constituted for the same.
Date of Interview: Dates of interview will be published in our website www.kfc.org and also intimated through email address of the applicants. Interview will be conducted personally or through VC.
Selection: The rank list will be prepared based on marks of interview conducted by the Selection Committee and the list of selected candidates will be published in KFC website www.kfc.org. Selected candidates will be given offer letter for the appointment on contract basis for a period of one year from the date of appointment. Such appointed Executives will be on probation for a period of first three months.
Remuneration: Consolidated pay up to Rs.25,000/– per month plus TA/ DA as per rules of the Corporation.
Place of work: Vacancies will be District wise. Applicant has to work any of the District in Kerala. At present vacancies are reported for Kasaragod, Ernakulam, Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram.
