Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

  1. Option A:
    • Degree in Commerce or
    • Master’s Degree in Arts with Co-operation as a special subject from a recognized university.
  2. Option B:
    • (i) Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and
    • (ii) Higher Diploma in Co-operation or Higher Diploma in Co-operation and Business Management (HDC or HDC & BM of State Co-operative Union of Kerala or HDC and HDCM of the National Council for Co-operative Training) or successful completion of the Subordinate (Junior) Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation).
  3. Option C:
    • B.Sc. (Co-operation and Banking) Degree from Kerala Agricultural University.

Application Process

How to Apply

  1. Registration: Candidates must register through the One Time Registration system on the official KPSC website www.keralapsc.gov.in.
  2. Application Submission: After registration, candidates can apply by logging in with their User ID and password and clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button for the respective post.
  3. Photograph: The photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2014, with the candidate’s name and the date printed at the bottom. The photograph will be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.
  4. Confirmation: If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their profiles. Only those who confirm will be able to download the Admission Tickets.

Additional Instructions

  • Differently Abled Reservation: 4% of vacancies are reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates as per G.O. (P) No.6/2024/SJD dated 28/02/2024.
  • Age Relaxation: Refer to Part II of the General Conditions for details on age relaxation.
  • Documents: Candidates must produce original documents to prove qualification, age, community, etc., when called for by the Commission.
  • Disciplinary Action: Appropriate action will be taken against candidates submitting false claims or documents.
