Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Graduation in Law from a recognised university.
• Five-year integrated Law degrees such as BA LLB, BBA LLB or B.Com LLB are also accepted.
• Qualifications must be recognised by UGC, AIU or the Bar Council of India.
• The degree must be obtained through a full-time regular course.
• Knowledge of Malayalam is essential.

Part-time, distance education, correspondence, private study and off-campus qualifications are not eligible.

Work Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant legal field.

Eligible experience includes:

1. Working as a Law Officer or Legal Officer in the legal department of a Central PSU, State PSU, Central Government Department, State Government Department, University or Private Limited Company.
2. Practising as an Advocate before a Court of Law or Tribunal after enrolment with the Bar Council.

Candidates with one year of relevant experience may also be considered if sufficient applicants with two years of experience are unavailable.

Age Relaxation

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary based on their experience.

An annual increment of 3% will be provided after successful completion of each year.

Contract Period

The initial contract period is two years. It may be renewed for a maximum of two additional one-year periods, subject to company requirements, performance and management approval.
