🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Caulker
- Age Limit: 18–36 years (Born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007; age relaxation applicable)
- Qualifications:
- Pass in Standard VII or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as Caulker in an approved Boat Building Yard
2. Foreman
- Age Limit: 18–41 years (Born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007; age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC)
- Qualifications:
- Pass in SSLC or equivalent
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Preference: 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in an automobile workshop, preferably with marine diesel engines
📑 Important Instructions
- Candidates must register via the One Time Registration (OTR) system on the KPSC website.
- If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, confirmation for attendance must be submitted through the profile.
- No application fee is required.
- Applicants must upload a recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last 6 months).
- Applicants must retain a soft/printed copy of the submitted application for future reference.

- For Foreman, practical test will be conducted to assess proficiency if required.
🛑 Special Notes
- Candidates claiming experience must upload certificates in the prescribed format.
- 4% reservation is applicable for eligible differently-abled candidates (for Caulker post).
- Any mismatch in community/caste claims must be supported by a Gazette notification and valid certificates.
